On 3 August 1929, at Ommen, Krishnamurti dissolved the Order of the Star in the East himself, telling the assembled members “Truth is a pathless land.” The one operational attempt to build an administered divine-child ended when the child dismantled it.

Role in the thesis

Krishnamurti is the articulation testifying against itself — evidence that the World-Teacher idiom was real (an actual institution), and evidence that it was refused. Testimony, not a chain; the dissolution is as documented as the founding.
