Lucis Trust
The idiom’s standing institution. Incorporated 1922; Arcane School from 1923.1
Documented core
Lucis Trust (first the Lucifer Publishing Company) is the publishing and training body Alice and Foster Bailey built for the Hierarchy teaching. Of the four idioms, this current produced the most enduring institution.
Held-open / discard
The “Lucifer Publishing” origin is a documented name, drawn from the Theosophical magazine Lucifer (“light-bearer”), and is a staple of conspiracy readings. It is recorded here as fact and explicitly not treated as evidence of a coded collective — the hard sourcing rule forbids that move.
Role in the thesis
The articulation’s most institutional expression. Cited as testimony to the impulse, never as a link in a chain into the child-institutions.
