The Root: humanity as administrable stock

The true object of the thesis is neither occultism nor any cabal. It is an impulse: humanity is raw material — stock to be graded, guided, corrected, and administered toward a planned end by an elect fit to do it.1234

Documented core

The impulse is stated by its holders across the record: Plato’s guardians governing via a founding myth taught to the young; Crowley’s Liber AL vel Legis (The Book of the Law) I:10 — “Let my servants be few & secret: they shall rule the many & the known”; Webb’s permeation, change enacted “almost without being aware of it”; Julian Huxley making eugenics “thinkable” at the founding of a UN body. Four idioms, one claim: the many are to be administered by the few.

The four theaters (one impulse)

Role in the thesis

This is why the ugly material belongs inside the thesis as co-symptom — the same sorting impulse in another theater — never as a hidden cause (see The Hard Sourcing Rule). It also resolves Audit Joint 2: the occult and the sociological are two registers of one root (articulation and enactment), not cause and effect.
